These products are exports to various countries and are certified by third-party inspection. For manufacturing process, the single piece of heads are made by hot deep drawing, shape given by hydraulic presses and edges are finished as per given specifications.

For manufacturing dished ends, single piece heads are hot formed by deep drawing. They are dished by the means of hydraulic presses, and then the edges are machined as per specifications. We mainly manufacture carbon steel dished ends (ASTM A 516 GR. 70) and stainless steel dished ends (304L, 316L). However, dished ends can also be manufactured and tested in special stainless alloy grades on customer specific requirements. Our production range for stainless steel dished ends and carbon steel dished ends, mainly depends on the grade of material used and can be customised as per requirements.
